Whilst this is a stereo socket, you can remove the ring and ring break contacts to leave a switched mono socket just like the Switchcraft version here that we use in our modular synths. This is ideal for those builders whose budget does not allow for the more expensive Switchcraft version (112APC) but still want to use our jack socket breakout PCBs.
